Born in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, in 1939, Anna Metz is an artist engraver who experiments with the possibilities of engraving on copper and with stencil, seeking to vary color and patterns on the same print. La Fondation Custodia (Paris) dedicated a major retrospective to her after having collected her works for several years.
